Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to Pooka at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the Pooka community.

No Warranties: Pooka is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure services.
