Metagross-GX is a Metal-type Pokémon with 250 HP, featuring a retreat cost of three Colorless Energy. It possesses the Geotech System ability, allowing it to attach a Psychic or Metal Energy card from its discard pile to its Active Pokémon once during its turn. The card includes two attacks: Giga Hammer, which costs two Metal and one Colorless Energy to deal 150 damage but cannot be used again the following turn, and Algorithm-GX, a powerful GX attack that costs one Colorless Energy to search the deck for up to five cards, adding them to the hand before shuffling the deck. The GX attack also enforces a rule limiting its use to once per game. Metagross-GX resists Psychic-type attacks by 20 and is weak to Fire-type attacks with double damage.
