Shining Volcanion is a Water-type Pokémon with 130 HP. It features two distinct attacks: "Dual Pump" and "Quad Smash." The "Dual Pump" attack costs three Water energy and deals 50 damage to two of the opponent's Pokémon, bypassing Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon. "Quad Smash" requires four Colorless energy and inflicts 50× damage for each heads flipped during the attack. The card's retreat cost is three Colorless energy, and it has no resistances. Its weakness is to Lightning, which deals double damage. The Pokémon is part of the "Sun & Moon" series, released in the "Shining Legends" set on October 6, 2017. Artist Hitoshi Ariga designed the card, and its flavor text describes a Pokémon that emits steam and vanishes into fog, said to dwell in remote mountainous regions.
