Alolan Marowak is a Fire-type Pokémon with 100 HP, introduced in the Sun & Moon series as part of the Crimson Invasion set. It has a retreat cost of two Colorless Energy and is classified as a Rare Holo card. The card’s flavor text reflects a tragic backstory, with the Pokémon’s bones said to be remnants of its mother’s, now guarding it as a vengeful spirit. Its primary attack, Dance of Flames, allows the player to attach Fire Energy from their discard pile to their Pokémon based on the opponent’s attached Energy. The secondary attack, Burning Bonemerang, requires two Fire and one Colorless Energy to deal 70 damage per heads from two coin flips, while also inflicting the Burn status on the opponent’s Active Pokémon.
