It has a retreat cost of three Colorless Energy and a Rare Ultra rarity. The card features an ability called Stormy Winds, which lets you discard the top three cards of your deck when playing it from hand, then attach a basic Energy from your discard pile to it. Its attacks include Dragon Break, which requires Grass, Lightning, and Colorless Energy to deal 30 damage multiplied by the number of basic Grass and Lightning Energy attached. The Tempest-GX attack uses only Grass Energy, discarding your hand and drawing 10 cards, with a restriction on using GX attacks. The card has a weakness to Fairy-type attacks with double damage.
