Ampharos-GX is a Lightning-type Pokémon with 240 HP and a retreat cost of three Colorless energy. It features the ability to search your deck for up to seven Pokémon, reveal them, and place them into your hand, followed by shuffling your deck, though this GX attack can only be used once per game. The card includes two primary attacks: Power Recharge, which costs one Lightning energy to deal 30 damage and retrieves all Electropower cards from your discard pile, and Impact Bolt, which uses two Lightning energy to deal 150 damage while discarding all Lightning Energy attached to it. Additionally, it has the Electrical-GX attack, which requires one Lightning energy and allows the player to search their deck for Pokémon, though this is limited to one GX attack per game. The card has a resistance to Metal-type attacks, reducing damage by 20, but is weak to Fighting-type attacks, which deal double damage. It is part of the Sun & Moon series, released in February 2019, and is included in the Team Up set as a Rare Holo GX card. The card’s rules state that if it is Knocked Out, the opponent loses two Prize cards.
