Its ability, Poison Sacs, prevents the Special Condition Poisoned from being removed when the opponent’s Pokémon evolve or devolve. The card’s attack, Toxic Secretion, costs one Psychic energy to deal 40 damage and inflicts the Poisoned condition on the opponent’s Active Pokémon.
