Swift Bolt Strike requires three Lightning and one Colorless energy, dealing 80+ damage and adding 60 per heads from two coin flips. Rampage Bolt-GX uses the same energy cost but deals fixed 200 damage, ignoring all resistance effects on the opponent’s Active Pokémon and being a single-use GX attack.
