Stakataka is a Fighting-type Pokémon with 120 HP. It features the ability Wall of Stone, which boosts its maximum HP to 200 if the opponent has three or fewer Prize cards remaining. The card’s attack, Top Down, costs two Fighting and one Colorless energy, dealing 110 damage while forcing the opponent to discard cards from their deck through a coin-flip mechanic. Stakataka has a retreat cost of four Colorless energy. Its weakness is Grass-type attacks multiplied by two. The card was released in the Sun & Moon series as part of the SM Black Star Promos set on February 3, 2017. It is illustrated by artist Shin Nagasawa. The flavor text describes Stakataka as emerging from an Ultra Wormhole, composed of layered life-forms stacked vertically.
