Hisuian Voltorb is a Grass-type Pokémon with 50 HP and a retreat cost of one Colorless energy. It features two attacks: "Cheerful Charge" and "Ram." The "Cheerful Charge" ability can be used only if the player goes second during their first turn, allowing them to search their deck for up to two basic Energy cards to attach to their Benched Pokémon before shuffling their deck. The "Ram" attack costs one Grass energy and deals 10 damage. The card has no resistances but is weak to Fire-type attacks multiplied by two. Its flavor text describes a Pokémon resembling a Poké Ball that releases stored electric energy when excited.
