Magneton is a Lightning-type Pokémon with 80 HP. It features two attacks: Thunder Wave, which costs one Lightning and one Colorless energy to deal 30 damage and paralyze the opponent's Active Pokémon, and Self-Destruct, requiring three Colorless and one Lightning energy to deal 80 damage to itself. The card has a retreat cost of one Colorless energy and resists Metal-type attacks by 20. It is weak to Fighting-type attacks, which deal double damage. The flavor text describes it as a linked cluster of Magnemite emitting powerful magnetic waves.
