Pelipper is a Water-type Pokémon with 100 HP, designed by artist Midori Harada. It features two attacks: Swallow and Water Pulse. Swallow costs Water and Colorless energy, dealing 30 damage and healing the same amount as damage inflicted. Water Pulse requires Water and three Colorless energy, dealing 70 damage and putting the opponent's Active Pokémon to sleep. Pelipper has a resistance to Fighting-type attacks, reducing damage by 20. Its weakness is to Lightning-type attacks, which deal double damage. The card is part of the XY series' Roaring Skies set, released in May 2015, with an Uncommon rarity.
