Aromatisse is a Fairy-type Pokémon with 90 HP, featuring a resistance to Darkness attacks that reduces damage by 20 and a weakness to Metal attacks that multiplies damage by two. It requires one Colorless Energy to retreat and one Fairy Energy to use its attacks. The card’s two attacks, Heavy Perfume and Hug, both cost a single Fairy Energy. Heavy Perfume inflicts a Special Condition on the opponent’s Active Pokémon, causing it to be Confused and receiving 6 damage counters instead of 3. Hug prevents the defending Pokémon from retreating during the opponent’s next turn, limiting their mobility. Aromatisse is part of the XY series, released in the BREAKthrough set on November 4, 2015, and is classified as a Rare card. The artwork was created by artist Mizue, whose style is noted for its vivid depictions of Pokémon. Its flavor text highlights the Pokémon’s overwhelming scent, which can disorient Trainers unaccustomed to its aroma.
