Its design is attributed to artist Mitsuhiro Arita, and its flavor text describes a red core emitting mysterious radio signals into the night sky. The card has a retreat cost of one Colorless energy and no resistances. It includes two attacks: "Deep Sea Swirl" costs one Water energy, allowing the player to shuffle their hand into their deck and draw seven cards.
