Zapdos is a Lightning-type Pokémon with 120 HP, featured in the Black & White series under the Next Destinies set, released on February 8, 2012. It is a Rare Holo card with a dex number of 145 and is illustrated by Ryo Ueda. The card includes two attacks: Random Spark, which costs one Lightning and two Colorless energies to deal 50 damage to a single opponent's Pokémon, and Thundering Hurricane, requiring one Lightning and three Colorless energies to inflict 50 damage multiplied by the number of heads from four flipped coins. Zapdos resists Fighting-type attacks by 20 and is weak to Lightning-type moves, which deal double damage. Its retreat cost consists of two Colorless energies, and it has no listed regulations or additional rules.
