Tangrowth is a Grass-type Pokémon with 110 HP. Its retreat cost requires four Colorless Energy cards. The card features two attacks: "Grind" and "Plow Over." The "Grind" attack uses one Colorless Energy to deal 20 damage multiplied by the number of Energy attached to Tangrowth. The "Plow Over" attack costs one Grass and two Colorless Energy, dealing 30 damage and flipping a coin to either paralyze the defending Pokémon or move an Energy card to the Lost Zone. Tangrowth resists Water-type attacks by 20 damage but is weak to Fire-type attacks, taking double damage. The card is part of the HeartGold & SoulSilver series, released in February 2011, under the set Call of Legends. Its flavor text describes vines growing so profusely they obscure the Pokémon's eyes. Tangrowth is a Rare card with the number 34 in its series.
