Pikachu V-UNION is a Lightning-type Pokémon with 300 HP and a retreat cost of two Colorless energies. It has no resistances but is weak to Fighting-type attacks, which deal double damage. The card features four attacks, each with distinct effects. The first, Union Gain, costs one Colorless energy and allows attaching up to two Lightning Energy cards from the discard pile to this Pokémon. Shocking Shock requires a Lightning and Colorless energy, dealing 120 damage and potentially Paralyzing the opponent’s Active Pokémon. Disconnect uses three energies (two Lightning and one Colorless) to prevent the opponent from playing Item cards during their next turn. Electro Ball Together, also costing three energies, deals 250 damage without additional text. The card’s rules state that players can combine four different Pikachu V-UNION from their discard pile to the Bench once per game during their turn, and the opponent takes three Prize cards if this Pokémon is Knocked Out. It belongs to the Sword & Shield series, released in November 2019, as a Promo rarity card in the SWSH Black Star Promos set.
