The card features four attacks, each with distinct effects. Union Gain allows attaching up to two Lightning Energy cards from the discard pile to this Pokémon. Shocking Shock deals 120 damage and has a 50% chance to paralyze the opponent's Active Pokémon. Disconnect inflicts 150 damage and prevents the opponent from playing Item cards during their next turn. Electro Ball Together delivers 250 damage without additional text. The card’s rules specify that players can combine four different Pikachu V-UNION from their discard pile onto the Bench once per game during their turn, and the opponent takes three Prize cards if this Pokémon is Knocked Out. It was released as a Promo card in the Sword & Shield series under the SWSH Black Star Promos set on November 15, 2019.
