Medicham is a Fighting-type Pokémon with 100 HP. It has a weakness to Psychic attacks, which deal double damage. The card requires two Colorless energy to retreat. Medicham features two attacks: "Pure Power" and "Windmill Kick." The "Pure Power" attack uses a single Fighting energy to place 4 damage counters on the opponent's Pokémon. The "Windmill Kick" attack costs a Fighting and a Colorless energy, dealing 60 damage and causing the opponent's Active Pokémon to become Confused. The card was illustrated by Akira Komayama and is part of the XY series. It was released as part of the Primal Clash set on February 4, 2015. The flavor text describes Medicham's ability to predict an opponent's moves through yoga training.
