Rayquaza is a Dragon-type Pokémon with 120 HP. It has no resistances but is weak to Dragon-type attacks, which deal double damage. The card’s retreat cost requires three Colorless energy. Rayquaza features two attacks: "Dragon Pulse" costs one Lightning energy and deals 40 damage while discarding the top two cards of the deck. The second attack, "Shred," uses Fire, Lightning, and Colorless energy to deal 90 damage without being affected by the Defending Pokémon’s effects. The card was released in the Black & White series as part of the Legendary Treasures set in November 2013. Artist Shin Nagasawa designed the illustration, and the card is classified as a Rare Holo.
